Since 1991 Phoenix Technology has been offering both on-site and depot (in our shop) computer repair, service, upgrades and maintenance. Our technicians have over 20 years of experience in computer setup, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Our services include:

  • General Computer Repair
  • Full data recovery services
  • General technical support
  • Spyware and virus removal
  • Error removal
  • New computer setup

Onsite Services

Home Computer and Network Services

  • Set Up Wireless networks
  • Configure peripherals (printers, scanners, card readers, etc.)
  • Setup internet connections

Spyware and virus cleanup and removal

Office Computer and Network Services

· Install and configure full (LAN) Local Area Network environments

· Cleanup, configure and setup workstations

· Add and remove users from server environment

Onsite Repair Costs:

$75.00 per hour for Desktop computer service

$85.00 per hour for Laptop computer service

$95.00 per hour for Network computer service

Free “Local” Site Survey

· A Phoenix Technology expert will visit your facility and discuss with you, your current network and workstation computer environment, configuration and requirements.

· Phoenix will prepare a quote for all services discussed during “on site survey” and present it to you at no obligation

Depot Repair Costs:

$65.00 per hour for Desktop computer service

$75.00 per hour for Laptop computer service

$85.00 per hour for Network computer service
